From the front staff to the eye technician to the doctor; I could not have been more pleased! The eye technician was so dialed into the 1st part of the eye exam. Her voice was so calming to the patient experience and she gave clear concise instructions . The eye exam was very detailed which provided the physician with all the information for the needed for the initial cataract consultation. I forgot to mention the surgery scheduler; she was so caring and accommodating! I cannot say enough about this office!

Dr. Stevens is wonderful! I'll have to admit I was a little nervous at first, he's younger than my children! But he knows what he's doing, always makes me feel at ease, and goes into great detail when explaining. Hats off to Nicole as well,she was my rock when I was dealt a bad hand, she was there to listen.She never once made me feel like I was taking up her time. Sweet lady.

Dr. Stevens and the staff at Advanced Eye Care are efficient and caring. Denise helped me to pick out glasses frames that looked good on me. She was extemely efficient and friendly. All in all I had a very pleasant at Advanced Eye Care.

We can’t say enough good things about Dr. LoCanteu. My husband came in with a last-minute eye injury right before closing time, very anxious but Instead of rushing through the appointment, Dr. LoCanteu stayed late without hesitation and made sure he was completely taken care of. From the moment we walked in, we felt at ease. Dr. LoCanteu has that rare combination of professionalism and genuine compassion.Also a great sense of humor!  Every step was explained clearly, our questions were answered patiently, and never once felt like an inconvenience. On top of that, there’s a wonderful sense of humor that lightened the mood exactly when we needed it most. It’s hard to feel stressed when someone can make you smile while sticking a needle in each eye!!😂The metal fragments were removed within minutes and pain free recovery! It’s such a comfort knowing there are doctors who truly go above and beyond for their patients. Staying late to help with a last-minute emergency speaks volumes about both character and dedication. We are incredibly grateful for the care my husband received and would highly recommend Dr. LoCanteu to anyone looking for not only excellent medical care or eye care but also kindness and reassurance when it matters most.

Excellent eye care! Had lens replacement surgery a year ago using light adjustable lenses and it was very easy . Dylan Stevens did the surgery and is a great doctor. Just getting to know her, but I believe Catherine's Sajn is an excellent doctor as well. Couldn't be happier with this organization and their level of care!
