We had great service. They were attentive, helpful and friendly. It was my daughter's first time needing glasses, they put her at ease and we very thorough. Everything was done in a timely efficient way. We had her new glasses in less than 2 weeks.

I had a great experience here! I was a little skeptical based on previous reviews, but they were efficient, polite and FAST! I was in and out in about an hour. Very professional, and polite with a good variety of frames
The staff is welcoming, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Reeves is knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The level of care and service here is outstanding. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent eye care.
Honestly, the place is great. There were no issues with my items, although the turnaround time for glasses is slow. However, my main complaint is about the customer service. The person answering the phones needs some training and etiquette on how to answer the phone. Every call is different, and it’s not a one-size-fits-all situation. Instead of rushing someone off the phone, they should listen and understand the caller’s needs.
