Hello everyone, I do understand everyone of us might have an experience different from one another. I give Dr. David J. Casper and his staff five stars because they are treated me very well for an eyes check up I had with them on Thursday morning August 25, 2025. Many eyes doctors work only on appointments, but this is not. I had an issue with my right eye on Wednesday evening August 24, 2025. I walked to their office on Thursday morning without calling them. They checked my eyes right away. They did everything they can to help me with eyes, which was reddish and pumping water. I am very thankful to Dr. David J. Casper and his staff for taking care of me. Dr. David even called my Pharmacist in Dallas Texas to order my medicine. Dr. David J. Casper and your staff, thank you so very much for the good work you guys have been doing in Joliet, IL for all. Keep the great work guys 👦👍👏💪🙌

Great and friendly doctor, he kept a conversation with me so I didn't sit in awkward silence. The other workers were friendly as well and very understanding. The only problem was that I wish there were more frame options available for my head size and frames that would look good as well.
Dr. Casper was disgusting overall. He kept coughing all over me and my daughter. Absolutely unprofessional telling my daughter that she has to get extra things for her glasses even though she kept saying no to him. He also told a horrific scenario to my daughter about having her left eye jammed in and not being able to see again. All just because he told her not to wear contacts every day. The options for the glasses are truly sad. Doctor found out about my insurance which is good and started to tweak on me and trying to make me pay more for extras that I kept saying no for. Staff looked totally over with the doctor as he kept talking over them. Poor staff rolled their eyes as he screamed across the building to them. Genuinely go somewhere else. He also reeks of smoke.
I am.very happy with the service. With there being said I am not in agreement with most of the reviews. Felt That They generally cared about us and took a really great amount of care to explain everything I did not feel that the office was not clean I fell a get was very clean very nicely set up also they had a wonderful selection of glasses to pick from. The doctor is very personable nice and warm personality. t The people that were working behind the counter again nice warm helpful and really good attitudes. I would have no problem recommending them to my family and friends Some of
My daughter brought my granddaughter there almost a month ago. She was told she needed glasses. She ordered and paid for them and was told they’d be in in two weeks. She’s been calling and leaving messages for the last week with no call backs. She drove there today at a little after 5:00 and it was closed, even though they say they’re open until 6! VERY unprofessional!!!
