I knew I forgot something I been trying to write a review for awhile. I went to this place back in the earlier part of this year and I don't know if I was stupid person or what. I tried giving this eye doctor a chance for 2 years because I liked his personality. I went this year and the first time I went I was charged over 250.00 and I had insurance. I was told they usually get the money upfront and then run your insurance. I got my eyes checked and selected some glasses I wanted. I was told I needed another 150.00 to return for as second appointment because I had no more money to give. After I left this situation did not sit right with me so I called my insurance they were appalled that this happened and stated I should not have been charged that much . I was told not to pay another dime. I went back to my second appointment and I explained to a nice young lady the situation so she told me she would get someone else to assist me this aggressive looking woman came out the back like she was going to check me the nasty energy she gave out I gave back to her without raising my voice I stepped closer she stepped back I wS not going to do anything to her but I was letting her know I will not be bullied about the money I am spending. I informed her what I was told by my insurance not to pay more money . She stated if I met my deductible I told her twicei already had before I came to the first appointment she said OK. I finished up my second appointment paid some made up bill and left there I will NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE!!! I will be returning from where I came from where I don't even have a copay . I also notice the 2 times I been there I was the only customer I have been to other eye doctors and it don't look normal.

What an exceptional experience I had. After noticing white flashes in my right eye late in the evening, I reached out to Dr. Tahir via text. Remarkably, he called me back within minutes and arranged for an appointment the next morning. During my visit, I received a comprehensive examination, and he took the time to explain the diagnosis in a way that was easy to understand. Dr. Tahir is an outstanding physician, and I wholeheartedly recommend him!
Dr. T was able to get me in on an emergency visit for a corneal abrasion. He gave me a temp fix to get me through my vacation and then did the permanent fix when I got back. He checked in with me via text and even called when I had concerns. Excellent service and care.
I had a great experience with Dr Tauseef Tahir. He is really take the time to explain everything. Making sure all is well and we satisfied. Staff is really great and have very good work attics. I highly recommend Dr. Tahir.
We originally liked the service but this is the second time I drive to the location for a pickup and the drive was done in vain. It’s not like I live around the corner. I was told the lenses were ready. I asked if I could come on Tuesday and they said you can come at any time: We arrive and there is a note on the door that they are in lunch from 12 to 2 PM! Why couldn’t they mention this when I asked? The first time they said the lenses were ready and when I came, they said there was a glitch and they did not in fact have the lenses! Like I mention, I don’t live in the area so this wasted trip is very frustrating. Better communication please.
