Amazing group of people. You don’t feel alone. Mike Mejia is a very detailed pristine worker and dedicated to his work, Dr. Swetland is very sweet, the girls at the desk are quick and polite and they do everything right! Crystal was also very nice! She’s very personal and is amazing to have convos with while you’re waiting. Just an amazing group of people! 🤍

I have been to a few different optometrist offices over the years and I'm so happy I came to Eye2Eye. I wish I could remember the assistants name who was with me because she was the nicest and sweetest assistant I have ever had in any doctor office. Then Dr. Bouton saw me and he was SO informative! Exactly what I have been looking for for years. He was very caring and didn't rush me at all. All around my visit was very pleasant and I left extremely happy. I have been telling everyone about them since I left a week ago. Go here!
In the beginning I had been going to the owner Dr. Bouton he was great! Then he switched me to Dr. Beth not so great she messed me up big time and would not own up to her mistake. She stayed that after my surgery it appeared to look as if my eye was rejecting my cornea and/ causing affection in my eye. My specialist who performed the surgery stated several times my eye was in great shape after the surgery and it was the stitches as to why the cornea appeared swollen. I stated to her that I couldn't wear glasses and the specialist said I had to wear the contacts. She told me that she was going to test the glasses out even though she was notified that I needed the contacts. Knowing that I was on Medicaid and I couldn't get any exam or contacts for two years after she prescribed the glasses she did it anyway even after being informed. This caused several issues inwhich I suffered falls and incorrect vision because of the glasses. I was told by her in the beginning after notifying her of my medical issues that she would only charge me e $300 for everything if I came back in. I made an appointment only to get a call and said they had to cancel my appointment because the insurance won't pay. They wanted me to pay for the full exam and contacts after our conversation of only pay $300. I was upset and very stressed out due to this so I cancelled the appointment after months of debating I decided to make another appointment, only to be told I had a no call no show cancellation fee even though I cancelled The appointment the appointment over 24 hours ahead of time months ago. They kept my $40 fee only to have me come in and cancel it cause insurance wouldn't pay. I say with Dr. Bouton and Beth only to have beth lie through her teeth and not own up to a her mistakes, I then told them that the glasses caused my distorted vision issues, I was then told by Dr bouton that my disease caused it when they knew the contacts would have given me clear and undistorted vision despite my disease. After researching I found out that Dr. Beth was not well versed in my specific eye disease and she was only listed as a registered nurse and not a Doctor as l was told as in MD. So I was left to deal with the issue in the meeting they were saying they were trying to work with me and didn't want me to leave unhappy but the statements made and no one owning up to their mistakes showed different. I am totally disappointed I contemplated long and hard and thought about letting it go for months but the constant falls and me having to try to measure the distance and work through the distortion has caused me so much stress and PTSD fear of falling. That I have suffered from an enormous amount of stress that lead to other medical issues. I advise people to tape conversations, take notes, and consistently request your medical records when dealing with this office. None of the referrals she gave me offered better solutions for someone who doesn't have any income. Good luck to everyone and I pray 🙏 you have a better experience than I have as we know many are treated with better care. God' bless
MaryJo was wonderful. She took her time with me and was very thorough. The only complaint I would have is nobody told me about the $50.00 exchange policy. MaryJo was the only one. I had come in before to inquire about exchanging and I was not told about that fee.
My son just had his first ever eye exam here and not only was the staff professional and very thorough, they were all so kind and made the experience wonderful. I would definitely recommend Eye2eye and we will be back!
