Horrible service and discrimination going on in this center. Bad patient service and no hospitality and also they don't have not enough chairs and space for the patient to sit and stand. They only take their Hispanic peoples and if you're not Hispanic you have to wait 2 hours to get your turn. Racist people i ever seen. My mom has an appointment for 9:00 am we came from all the way from davie for like almost an hour drive and we wait almost 2 hours but still not our turn because they are busy taking their Hispanic peoples and when i ask them the girl on the front desk with the rude tone still told me to wait more so then we have to leave this nasty place . And we are gonna report it to the state about their center and their racism. I shouldn't give them one star but if i don't give them one star so the Google will not let me post this.

I thank Dr Belalcazar for what he has done for me. He changed my life. There’s a reason why his practice is always full, because he is THE BEST.
Great doctor. I had LASIK done about 2 weeks ago and can definitely say it is 100% worth it. The doctor is very experienced, attentive, and treats his patients like family. Amazing!!
⚠️ TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT for elderly patients ⚠️ Experiencia muy decepcionante, especialmente para pacientes de la tercera edad My mother-in-law had an appointment scheduled in advance for 9:00 AM at this ophthalmology office. She waited an hour and a half, and when she finally asked the front desk what was going on, she was told that there were still 3 patients ahead of her. She is an elderly woman with diabetes, and waiting that long without any consideration is unacceptable. The front desk’s response was simply: “Ok, we’ll refund your money” because she decided to leave. That was it. No apology, no concern, no empathy. This is completely unacceptable behavior for a medical office. Refunding money does not excuse the lack of professionalism, respect, and basic human decency, especially toward elderly patients who require special care. I absolutely do not recommend this place. No patient should be treated this way.
I wanted to wait at least a month before writing this review. First making the appointment was extremely easy. The receptionist was super nice and informative. Every time I would call they always spoke with a friendly voice. I probably went there 3 times for exams before the surgery. The office is always busy, but in general they make you feel welcomed. Fefa (I hope I’m writing her nickname correctly) is the person that did most of my pre and post exams. I like that she’s direct and to the point, I also want to mention that she’s extremely knowledgeable. Regarding the rest of the staff, I like everyone I interacted with. Now, the most important part is the Doctor. Dr. Belalcazar is super super nice and informative. The doctor likes to take as much time as possible with each patient. He is very knowledgeable and loves his job. He likes to explain everything about the surgery and procedure from start to finish with extreme detail. I felt safe in his hands. He also has one of the latest laser machines, which is super impressive! The surgery took about 30 seconds per eye. The whole time the doctor was very soothing, and would talk to me to make me feel safe. The surgery doesn’t hurt at all. There is some discomfort after the surgery is done, but then you just go take a nap to feel better. The next day when I woke up, I could see perfectly. It is truly amazing what the doctor and his staff do here. It is a gift to be able to see. Every day I am impressed by my eyesight. You do have to be responsible and use all the drops they prescribe and use sunglasses! Also make sure to go to all the postoperative follow ups and use the sleeping goggles they provide (they are super comfortable). Also, they did mention that sometimes your vision would get blurry at random times but this goes away. It’s been a couple of weeks since my surgery and my vision is perfect. I do not suffer from dry eyes, but the first two weeks my eyes were always dry, but that went away as well. When you feel your eyes are dry you just use the drops and the discomfort goes away. Regarding the cost. I truly believe the cost of the surgery is fair. They also offer payment options if you can’t pay out of pocket. I used my credit card to pay. Thank you Dr. Belalcazar and Staff! I’m extremely happy with the results.
