I’ve been getting my glasses done at Daluz Optical and I couldn’t recommend them more. From the moment you walk in, they treat you with the utmost respect and truly care about their customers. Their service is amazing, and the entire staff goes out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. The doctors are excellent and very professional. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you get exactly what you need. You never feel rushed, and they genuinely want the best for your vision. One thing I really appreciate is that if you need a small repair on your glasses, you can just come in and they’ll help you out for much cheaper than most other optical places would charge. It’s rare to find a place that is both affordable and provides such high-quality service. Overall, Daluz Optical is a place you can trust. Great doctors, great service, and people who truly treat you better than most places. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs glasses or eye care.

I have been coming to Daluz for my eye exams and frames for 15 years! The owners Reinaldo and Rosalba are very kind and welcoming! They take their time to educate you on the eye exam process, picking frames, putting on contacts, etc. Every appointment I try on about 10 or more frames and they have so much patience!! The doctors at this practice are also very welcoming and considerate. They will guide and educate you throughout your eye exam. The doctors ask you questions to see if you’re comfortable throughout the exam to see how they proceed. The optical is also very clean and modern, which I appreciate. Overall the service and patient care at this optical is 10/10. I would highly recommend this optical to all my friends and family just on how kind and comfortable the owners and doctors are.

VERY VERY RUDE!! Do not recommend coming here , Dr.Haisel Villalonga is super unprofessional especially with elderly patients! She doesn’t care for her patients at all ! Horrible place I was forcibly removed from the eye exam room and called “useless” simply for asking the doctor for assistance in helping me move my grandmother to the exam chair. My grandmother is on the heavier side and recently had her leg amputated, and I was advocating for her safety and comfort. I was then threatened that if I did not leave the room, my grandmother would not receive her eye examination. While I was still speaking to my grandmother, the doctor shut the exam room door in my face. This conduct was shockingly unprofessional, demeaning, and completely unacceptable—especially from a medical provider. There was nothing gentle, compassionate, or respectful about this interaction. I am deeply concerned that a doctor would treat a vulnerable patient and her family member in such a hostile and disrespectful manner.

I have been coming here for about 5 years and the staff is very polite and knowledgeable. They always care to educate and provide advice for what’s best for your eyes. Thank you for your service!

All the workers there are very nice. They work quickly and efficiently.
