Everyone was courteous, respectful, and polite from the moment I walked through the front door. The staff made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my visit. I was very pleased with the care and attention I received and truly appreciated the professionalism and kindness shown by everyone. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
Dr. Arceneaux performed cataract surgery on both eyes. The staff from the check in to surgery were very polite and understanding to my questions. The facility was very organized and clean. After surgery the recovery was great and everyone was so kind and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Arceneaux and his staff. T. Davis

First of all, I would like to say how very pleased and impressed with the Advanced Eye Care center in Thibadeaux.. The care I received was impeccable. My Surgeon, Dr Arceneaux and his staff were very professional and so kind. I was given assurance that I was in good hands and indeed I was . I thank you for giving me that sense of peace before my surgeries! I needed it . I highly recommend this Eyecare facility to anyone as it was to me . Thank you , Dr. Arceneaux and your kind staff !
