The Dr. is very thorough and you can tell that pt care is top priority. I really like that feeling of being appreciated and that the Dr. can explain everything I need to know about my eye health. The staff are always helpful and friendly. They know their stuff when it comes to helping me pick out glasses and the lenses are so clear. Much better experience than the …I won’t mention the chain opticals I have tried in the area… so I would highly recommend anyone to Chiasson Eye Care!!!

The staff of Dr. Laura Buisson always makes my visits memorable. They are professional, efficient, caring and kind. Each one shares the qualities of the owner, Dr. Laura. The staff is as beautiful as the new office!

The best front desk customer service experience we’ve ever had in Thibodaux. The staff and doctors were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the visit. You never feel rushed or treated like just another patient. Highly recommend!
