If you want to feel like "eye cow" look no further than Advanced Eye Care where the staff treat patients like cattle until you meet Dr. Harney- The sole person working there who demonstrates that they have soul.. No one has anything good to say save Dr, Harney and the salespeople trying to get you buy something post exam. Booking appointments a year in advance they leave a message 2 days before about your appointment. They canceled my appointment claiming that I had to call them back to confirm even though they do not say that on the message. No one there cares about you or your eyes. Your just an insurance number to them and they act like it every step of the way.

overall Im very happy everything was taken care of with my frame for glasses. The customer service was phenomenal. I appreciate the help from the manager for the most part in seeing everything through with this process. 10/10 will definitely be coming back as a patient
I have been going here for years! Great place, friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors, especially Dr. Karalekas. Would recommend anyone go here for your optical needs if you want real quality care. I wish all doctors were this friendly and knowledgeable!
I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I visited this office for the first time in July for a routine eye exam for glasses and contacts. Unfortunately, I had multiple issues from the start. The front desk staff member I interacted with was consistently rude and unhelpful, which made an already frustrating situation worse. My biggest concern, however, was that my glasses prescription was incorrect not once, not twice, but several times. Over the course of multiple months, I returned repeatedly trying to get it corrected. Eventually, I attempted to schedule an appointment with another doctor simply to get a second opinion. That appointment was cancelled by the front desk, who stated I was only allowed one exam per year. I tried to explain that I was seeking help due to ongoing prescription issues, but I was cut off and told it was cancelled, followed by “anything else?” As a result, I now have a brand new pair of glasses that I cannot wear because they actually blur my vision when reading, something I never experienced before. I’ve had to go back to my old, broken glasses just to see comfortably. I’ve since transferred care to Mass Eye Associates in Chelmsford, where the doctor has been professional, thorough, and extremely helpful in finally getting me a correct lens prescription. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.
I’ve been seeing Dr Sikalis for years. He is very kind and always informs me of all potential eye options from eye glasses, contacts, ortokeratology, and lasik. I had problems with dry eyes and he recommended a cost effective strategy of a heated compress and omega 3 fish oil that has completely cured my dry eyes.
