At my first appointment, he took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my diagnosis and treatment options, and made me feel confident in my care. Jim's professionalism, knowledge, and genuine compassion was evident throughout the entire process. The office staff was friendly, organized, and welcoming, making every visit a positive experience. I've been receiving my primary care in this location for literally decades. I started with Harvard Vanguard in the late 1980's. I keep coming back because I have established relationships with my care team. I understand how the integration of in person care, phone calls, video appointments, and EPIC/My Chart works. I might not talk directly with my primary care doctor each time, but I know she's aware of my medical concerns. I know this because I use the online portal to communicate updates when something needs to be communicated. That said, Telepathy doesn't work. I am driving the bus of my healthcare. I view working with my medical team as helpful advisors who can direct me towards better outcomes. I have recently started sending a pre appointment note in My Chart to help each doctor/NP understand my concerns and help me remember to stay on track during appointments. I give Atrius Health Chelmsford 5 stars because we make a good team.

Atrius Health Chelmsford is clean, organized, and welcoming. I truly appreciated the compassion, patience, and excellent care I received. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

I am very disappointed with the care I received from Dr. Sivasankar. I feel that my medical concerns were not properly addressed and that I did not receive appropriate treatment for my condition. As a result, I continue to experience health issues and have been left feeling frustrated and unsupported. In addition, when I attempted to raise my concerns, I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes while trying to speak with a supervisor. After waiting, my call was disconnected without any resolution. Since then, I have been given the runaround and have been unable to obtain clear answers regarding my care. I am requesting that this matter be investigated, including a review of my medical records, the treatment decisions that were made, and the handling of my concerns by the office staff. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the outcome of this review and any steps that will be taken to address these issues. Even after several calls Dr Sivasankar has not called me back to follow up. She should not be practicing medicine

We see how people really are when we most need help. My son broke his elbow on a Monday evening and we were going off on a trip Wednesday morning, we only had Tuesday to get this done. We called the main ortho referred by the urgent center, no luck, then decided to call Atrius Health in Chelmsford (Pediatrician). I can’t thank them enough. Simply the way the pediatric team worked to find an available appointment on the same day. All the love, care and empathy to this delicate situation. For more people in this world that care and have empathy to others past their own lives.
