Advanced Eyecare Associates Of Ada

Dr. Stacy Presley is hands-down the best eye doctor in Ada. She is professional, thorough, and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen and explain things in a way that makes you feel comfortable and confident in your care. Her staff is also amazing—friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which makes the whole visit smooth from start to finish. I always feel well taken care of here, and I wouldn’t trust my eyes to anyone else. Highly recommend Dr. Presley and her team at Advanced Eye Care!

I have been to Advanced Eye Care several times and my experience with Dr. Gurley and his assistant was wonderful. He listened to me, checked my eyes, and got my prescription right to where I could see so much better. He ran tests that were requested by my doctor due to a medication I was on and took the time to explain what the tests were for. I had a great experience with how I was taken care of medically. I will say the front desk was rude and acted like I was putting them out asking questions about my bill and getting a follow-up appointment. I had to repeat myself numerous times because the 2 women were not paying attention to anything I was saying and the facial expressions, comments, and rolling their eyes were very rude. They need some customer service skills. They are making Advanced Eye Care look bad since they are the first 2 people your customers speak to when they walk through the door. It's setting the stage for a bad experience and putting your customers in a bad mood after dealing with them. I thought it was just me, but the rudeness the woman showed to an elder who was having a hard time hearing her was not called for, or the others that were shown the hatefulness. I will keep going there because I love the care I got from Dr. Gurley and his assistant but I hope that the front desk has new staff at my next appointment with better attitudes and customer service skills.

Very rude and hateful. They lie to people. They say you'll get your glasses in a week, it's more like 3 weeks and their so called eye doctors have no clue what their doing. Went in for an eye exam. Had to go to urgent care the next day because their so called eye doctor scratched my right eye. The place is a joke. The staff are a joke. Worst vision place I've ever been to. I recommend to anyone don't go there. My vision was fine until I went there. The staff has no idea what their doing. Don't go unless you want your eyes screwed up.

They are lifesavers!! My dog got ahold of my contacts and I didn’t have enough left to make it to my next appointment. I called Advanced Eye Care and they were able to get me in a trial pair!! I would’ve been completely screwed as I have no glasses at the moment. Thank you 1000x!!
