Was not informed that no doctors were available for 5 days. During this time no glasses could be dispensed. Made a trip there on a Saturday to be told no one was available to give out glasses etc. My glasses are sitting in the back and I have to return in 4 days to get something I was told was ready yesterday afternoon. At that time I should have been informed that nothing could be done until Wednesday. Special trip of 20 miles wasted. They have lost my business.

I gave them a glowing review about my eye exam appointment. The glasses arrived promptly, and this review is to say how thrilled I am with the glasses. With my previous eye doctor, I still had issues with my vision, but they told me the lenses were with tolerance ranges. I actually failed an eye exam when I went to renew my driver's license. But with these glasses from My Eye Doctor, I can see really well, I have no issues. And the transition lenses work fantastically--I am so pleased. Thank you, My Eye Doctor!

For the past 2 years we have had and issue. Last year they read my insurance wrong and we made two appointments. This year scheduled our appt on on Friday July 3, which I had to take off from work, and was sent a confirmation text just to show up and they were open but no doctor and had us reschedule.. We get nothing for their lack of consideration for our time. No one is even called us to apologize. Clearly they're mistake.

They are always running behind, sometimes even an hour behind. They screw up appointment times, calling to confirm a time earlier than I had written down, and then when I adjust my schedule and arrive at the time they confirmed, they tell me I'm scheduled at my original time and I'm early. And they weren't apologetic either. I was given a pair of contacts to try and told to call if they weren't working for me, I left three messages and couldn't get Dr. Logan to call me back. I had to take more time off work to do a recheck just to get a new sample pair. Unfortunately I've used my vision benefits for the year, but I will be finding a new eye doctor for next year

Definitely not my favorite place or eye doctor. Lack of communication is their strength. Was told they needed cataract surgery, but never explained to me what was wrong with my left eye. And when I pick up my new glasses, they just handed them to me without making any adjustments without me having to ask for them. Definitely will not be back.
