Every time you walk in that building you owe money for something. I went in for a routine eye exam, told the first lady that I had I had been having migraines. They dilate my eyes then the student doctor comes in & tells me I need to come back for more tests. I had to pay $100 that visit. I go back twice for those “tests” pay another $100. I then get a phone call they’re sending me to another doctor for “loss of vision”. I go to that appointment & nothing is wrong! I go back to advanced for another appt to finally get my glasses/contacts where they again tried to get me to do multiple tests. The doctor comes in & says well nothings changed since your last visit & sends me out to get glasses. I pick my glasses. The boy I had in the optician department told me the price I was paying was for contacts & glasses. I pay well over $300 dollars. Then I go back to pick up my glasses & have to pay $143. I get the text my contacts are ready for pick up. Then told it’s just trials & I have another balance of $60 some dollars & not told where that came from but told I can speak with their finance person. Now have to pay for contacts when the guy told me the price I paid the day of picking my glasses was for glasses & contacts combined. Do not recommend this place!!! I’ve had coworkers with very similar experiences as well. Absolutely ridiculous!

I appreciate Advanced Eyecare for their professionalism, but please be prepared to pay a lot there. The billing department was gracious enough to help me lower my bill, but it is still over $150 for getting my eyes checked without getting lenses or any add-ons.

Excellent experience overall. Everybody I spoke with was friendly and efficient at their jobs. There were no surprises as far as price and I felt prepared. The wait time to be seen was brief. The pretests were thorough. I was asked multiple times before seeing the doctor if I had any concerns. A student did my exam and she was fantastic. I met the doctor who reviewed the visit and she was very friendly as well. All the concerns I had were addressed and I felt like they listened and took their jobs very seriously.

My husband got a contact stuck in his eye while we were traveling and Dr Miller kindly squeezed him in for an appointment and got him a prescription the same day. She was very helpful and professional and the office staff was also lovely. Thanks so much!!!

Everyone was so friendly and courteous! Dr. Miller was very thorough and kind as was Dr. St. Jean! I saw Miller, husband saw St. Jean. Robin, our optician was fantastic and really knows her stuff! Great selection of glasses! Office is very clean. So thankful our other place stopped taking our insurance! Took a while to get our appointments scheduled, but definitely worth the wait!
