Showed up an hour early for my son's appointment; was told that everyone was out for lunch and to have a seat; IMMEDIATELY after other patients were allowed to sign in for their appointments; leaving us no choice but to be the last to sign in even though we were first there. I waited long after my appointment time and watched everyone else get called. Ended up leaving out and will be finding my 1 year old a new place to be seen. I refuse to take him to any place that makes it beyond clear that he's not welcome there.

I am very apprehensive about people messing with my eyes. I went to this establishment and the staff came off as rude and uncaring. The Doctor was okay, but when it comes to my eyes it’s about comfort and listening to what I say. I know my eyes. Don’t tell me what I’m seeing. Hope they learn manners will go far.
The initial eye exam went great. I ordered my glasses and that was the end of it. A month and a half later and I am still waiting. I had to call them to find out that the lab messed up my glasses so they had to be returned and worked on.they haven't reached out to me to let me know what is going on.UPDATE..glasses finally arrived and are ready but the have not called me to let me know. They told my wife who is also a patient there and also waiting for her glasses that were not right and returned to be fixed as well.
Your search ends here. This place is awesome! The exams are very thorough. They have machines to check for all kinds of stuff. Some of them Ive never seen before. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I came in for contacts. I normally use bifocal glasses and I have a bit of astigmatism. No matter. They had, in stock, bifocal contacts for astigmatism in my prescription. Thats amazing!
Best pair of glasses I had in years They were professional and polite and took care of me right away l highly recommend them
