I have been coming here for ages! They are always nice and sweet and welcoming. My glasses are always so cute and my favorite part is Claudia the tech. She's the best and never scares me when they have to do that touch or blow in the eye test. My vision is perfect w/ my glasses from them!
Dr. Chao and his staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and spend time addressing any questions or concerns I may have. I have been going there for many years and have always appreciated the care and excellent service they give. Virginia especially is so wonderful, I have a smaller face and she always takes the time to help me find frames that will fit. I would highly recommend going to them.
Dr. Jay Chao is wonderful. Friendly staff, super modern diagnostic equipment, and an excellent selection of high‑quality glasses. The exam was thorough, the doctor was caring, and the whole visit felt smooth and professional. Highly recommend.
Great place! Such a good team very friendly and thorough with their exams. I haven't been to many Optometry's in my life but my Husband has and he says this is the best place yet. Very helpful and affordable depending on your insurance. Definitely recommend coming here Dr. Alazigha Owei was also very thorough with our exams and made us feel very comfortable, she was awesome. Along with the nice woman who helped us with choosing and purchasing our new frames, I believe her name was Debbie. Thank you all!
