Dr.Michell was amazing! She’s so kind and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain to me an issue I had which no other doctor has been able to figure out. Diana was also so helpful and kind! Definitely worth your time and money! Looking forward to coming back
I always have to leave a review every time I visit because the service is consistently outstanding. I've been a long-time patient, and the level of care and customer service has never changed. No matter who greets you at the door or who your doctor is, everyone is kind, professional, and welcoming. Today, Jayden, Diana, and Dr. Kim took great care of me, and they were all wonderful. Dr.Song and his staff are always so friendly. The establishment is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Dr. Song has great bedside manner and takes the time to really build a rapport with his patients. He is very thorough with his explanations and makes sure our questions are answered. The woman helping us select our frames was also very friendly and helpful. She helped my daughters select frames that are currently what's on trend but made sure to stay within budget. I would definitely recommend this place.
Very disappointed with my experience at Bright Vision Optometry. Their customer service is poor, and they never proactively update customers on the status of their glasses. I constantly had to follow up myself, and every response was the same copy and paste message saying, "not ready yet," even after waiting more than two weeks. If you choose them, be prepared for a long wait and little communication. Another frustrating issue is that they frequently emphasize that they are a small business, they have their own rule which is friends of the owner were allowed to jump ahead in line.Not first come first serve. Customer service should be fair and professional for everyone, not based on personal relationships. Because of this experience, I will not be returning and have added this office to my blacklist. Good luck if you decide to use them.
Clean, neat, and friendly environment. The price was definitely worth it for the quality of the visit. The checkup was very thorough, and the optometrist, Dr. Kim, was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place!
