I went in with my daughter today for my yearly exam, have not been here since Dr.Pan passed away so I was hesitant to try a new Dr. I was pleasantly surprised by the new Dr. we saw! She was kind and very thorough not to mention she has a wonderful sense of humor! I will definitely be staying a patient here!
I’ve been coming to this location since 2004. Over the last 22 years this optometry has supported my wife myself two of my three children and has always provided us with excellent service. The staff are friendly they know exactly what they’re doing. They’re respectful and you can honestly tell they love where they work. If you’re if you’re looking for a Great optometrist and this is the place.
Dr. Pan has been my optometrist for many years now he was amazing person. He will be missed and my prayers goes out to his family. Veronica and Javier are very professional. Service and patient care is awesome. Stay strong ❤️
I have been going to Chino Hills Family Optometry (CHFO) for one year more than it has been owned and operated by the Pan Family. The previous doctor was very good, so it came as a surprise to come the following year to find him replaced by Dr. Micah Pan. Dr. Pan was so friendly and welcoming that I completely forgot about the previous doctor. I miss our yearly visits and catching up on things that are going on. I always felt that he spent more time talking to me and my husband about what we were doing and getting his recommendations on home improvements than the eye exams themselves. But if Dr. Pan was the best doctor ever, he surrounded himself with the best staff, especially Javier. If you ever need your eyeglass frames tweaked or a nosepad replaced, Javier is the guy to talk to. In my many years of wearing glasses, I have never had anyone ask how my glasses felt and knew exactly how to adjust them and get it right with one try. With the tragic loss of Dr. Pan, Linda Pan has been able to call on help from a couple of temporary doctors (shout out to Dr. Tiffany Wen. She's a bit old school, but she's just as nice as Dr. Pan.) while she and the staff look for a new owner to take over the office and hopefully carry on the legacy of Dr. Pan and his approach to caring for his patients. I look forward to the next chapter for CHFO and plan to support whoever is there next year with an annual visit.
All of the staff is knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. Very professional and my glasses are perfect. I highly recommend this business.
