I had my annual eye exam at Advanced Eyecare of Wheaton today and had a great experience from start to finish. Daniela, who checked me in and handled the pre-exam testing, was fantastic. Sign-in was quick and easy, and she was very welcoming, polite, and professional throughout the entire process. Dr. Patel was excellent as always. She genuinely cares about her patients, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and never makes you feel rushed during the exam. Kendra helped me at checkout with ordering my contacts and even fixed my crooked glasses. She was very knowledgeable, polite, and did a great job explaining all of my options. Overall, the entire staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. I always have a great experience here and would highly recommend Advanced Eyecare of Wheaton!
