They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. The eye exam was thorough, and I never felt rushed. They also have a great selection of eyewear, and the team helped me find the perfect pair that fits both my style and budget. You can really tell they care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Highly recommend—definitely a 5-star experience!
Dr. Hayden is absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain every part of the exam in detail. From the moment I stepped into the clinic the receptionist was welcoming. Everyone was absolutely professional from the start and was very efficient throughout the whole experience with kindness and patience as well. I was surprised to find that there weren’t any breakdowns in pricing for everything online or anywhere else not even in the billing receipts. Otherwise they were good. That’s the only issue I have with this one place.
