Advanced Family Eye Care

I am very disappointed with my experience. The visit was extremely expensive, and I was billed $400 through my medical insurance for an imaging test that was done without clearly informing me that there would be an additional charge. I went in for evaluation of a stye, and the only recommendation I received was to continue using warm compresses — which I was already doing before the visit. I did not feel that the care I received justified the cost. Additionally, when I called the office to ask for clarification about the bill, I was told someone would call me back with more information. No one ever followed up. Overall, I am frustrated with both the lack of cost transparency and the poor communication.

Dr Kearns is top notch. Knowledgeable, thorough, and great communication with her patients. She put my daughter's nerves at ease and answered took the time to answer all of our questions. Love AFEC!!

I was very pleased with my care at Advanced Family Eye Care. Everyone there was professional and friendly, and the exam seemed more thorough than some eye exams I have had elsewhere. I highly recommend them.

Great experience!! Staff was kind and helpful. It’s tough going anywhere with young children, but they were very accommodating! Our 3 month old had a blowout and they helped us get situated while our 2 and a half year old did not want to get his eyes looked at. Dr Kearns was patient with him, worked with him in the midst of his fit and had fun little tricks to make him feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her for any kids that need their eyes checked.

Dr was fine the rest is a joke. After 4 attempts to get glasses correct I gave up and they refuse to refund money
