Advanced Family Eye Care in Denver is a very professional place. I took my 9‑year‑old son there and he was treated exceptionally well. They were punctual with our appointment, very attentive with him, and they have a great selection of children’s glasses. I highly recommend them. If you want it a bit more formal or more casual, I can adjust it, just tell me. Make it more formal or make it more casual.

I’ve been going to Advanced Family Eye Care for at least 10 years, and the level of service has remained consistently outstanding. From reception to checkout, the entire team treats me with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care every single visit. The front desk staff always greets me warmly and makes the check-in process smooth and efficient. The technicians are knowledgeable and thorough, taking time to explain each test and making sure I’m comfortable throughout the appointment. I never feel rushed, and I always feel informed. The doctor is both highly skilled and approachable, answering questions clearly and offering thoughtful recommendations. Over the years, that combination of expertise and personal attention has built a great deal of trust. Even the checkout process is handled with clarity and courtesy, with everything explained in a straightforward way. After a decade of appointments, I can confidently say Advanced Family Eye Care delivers consistent, high-quality care with a personal touch. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable professionals who truly value their patients.
This was my first visit to Advanced Eyecare . Everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. All fees for the exam were explained prior to my exam. Dr. Farham was kind and friendly. She answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. She is very skilled and competent. I also ordered lenses and all costs were presented clearly. I am very pleased with this facility.
I had to take my 3yo here bc they’re the only ones in the area with a pediatric specialist. The appointment was good they did really good with her, the dr informed us on what it could be and made a plan, she picked out her glasses, and they told us it would only take a week. Well a week passed by I called them to see if they could give me an update and they literally said “I don’t know.” After paying $400 for my child to get glasses you can’t give me an updated on when you’ll get them in?? Whatever, so another week goes by I called them again and finally they tell me “her glasses will be delivered today & you should be able to pick them up tomorrow.” Finally after two weeks. So we schedule her appointment to pick them up the next day. Her appointment was @10am and we get there we check in we’re told to go wait and they’ll be informed we are there. Well 20 minutes goes by and I finally walk back up to reception area to see how much longer it’ll take bc the ladies in the glasses department are just talking away and not paying attention so she goes to see what’s going on. Finally after so long she has us sit down she goes to get my daughter her glasses and her case and has her try them on. Well she puts them on her and says “okay.” Like, Okay? That’s it? You’re not gonna see if they fit her properly or if they need to be adjusted? Or even give her the glass cleaner and wipe? You’re just gonna give her the glasses and case and send us on our way?? Moral of the story if you need to have your child see a pediatric ophthalmologist I recommend the one here but go somewhere else to get the glasses. One, they’re expensive and Two, the glasses department workers are incompetent.
The doctors are awesome but the front desk and whoever the blonde girl is that helps the doctors, their assistant I guess? Were terrible. They tried rushing me through every single step and seemed visibly upset I wanted to use my new insurance policy with better coverage and I asked them multiple times to make sure they were using the right policy and they said they did. I checked with my insurance provider and they said that they absolutely didn’t use my updated insurance policy. Again great eye doctors but the front desk, not so much
