I give this store 10/10! Highly recommend. Everyone there is not only extremely friendly, but they're efficient, and will work with you to find exactly what you need at the right price. I got my glasses in a week when it was expected in two, and they strive to make sure everything is perfect.
The team at Stanton Optical is incredibly sweet, understanding, and helpful. Precious, Jaquayle, and Taylor were all so friendly and made the experience really comfortable. They were patient and never seemed frustrated while I was figuring out my glasses and contacts, which I truly appreciated. I’ve had issues with other eye care companies in the past, but this location is by far the best. I would absolutely recommend Stanton Optical to anyone looking for a positive, stress-free experience.
I had such a great experience at Stanton Optical! My eye exam was super quick and professional, and Georgia was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly patient with me, took her time to make sure everything was just right, and made me feel really comfortable throughout the entire process. I also had the pleasure of working with Precious, who helped me pick out my frames. She went above and beyond with her customer service—so patient, kind, and genuinely caring. She helped me try on several options, stayed within my budget, and was honest about what looked best, which I really appreciated. It truly felt like she cared about helping me find a pair of glasses that I loved. I actually left SAME DAY with 2 pairs and she special ordered lenses for another pair that will be ready in a couple days! Overall, the whole experience was smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for great service and people who truly care!
Yesterday through customer service I made an appointment to go. Have my eyes checked and to get some glasses? This was my first experience which was one of the greatest experience I've had. Getting my getting my glasses. There was a young man greeted us just as we came in the door I made an appointment not only for myself but for my girlfriend as well, the young man QUAYL was very professional. You couldn't get no more professional than that. He knew the business and young lady that assist him we had fun lots of laughter during our visit..
This was my first time at Stanton Optical. I had not had an eye exam in 2 years due to being uninsured. Precious and Rochelle made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I've personally worked in the eye care industry for years on the medical device side of things so I have a fair bit of knowledge about eye care. Given this, I think Precious did a great job of guiding me through the eye exam. She even made sure I knew that I did not have to choose between 1 or 2 when adjusting my prescription and that stating "they are the same" was an option. This is something that is rarely explained to patients but is extremely important. Rochelle was also a large help. I believe she is either an optician, manager, or both. She welcomed me, offered me water, and ensured I knew Precious would be right with me in a few minutes. I was early to my appointment so this was not an issue for me. Additionally, I was having trouble picking frames and when I asked for honest feedback she was able to explain exactly what did or did not suite my face shape. She ended up offering me the perfect solution when I was having difficulty choosing between two frames. I want to preface this by saying budget was not an issue for me personally, but she did make sure to ask my budget at the beginning. I bought one pair as my every day glasses, and another pair I was able to select options to turn them into prescription sunglasses. I also purchased a one month supply of contacts sine I usually wear them for special occasions only. Precious and Rochelle did a wonderful job explaining what my insurance covered and what the different lens and coating options meant. Precious even made sure to tell me about the rebate Alcon (manufacturer) offered so I can submit for money back. I cannot speak to the glasses/prescription themselves due to them not arriving yet. My appointment was only a few days ago for reference. Overall I had a 10/10 experience and will definitely be back int eh future.
