This place was terrible! I went in expecting great service after reading the reviews and was appalled by the kind of attitude I received from Dr. Bradford. He was short with me and rude. Got great help with my glasses though from a nice optician, I can’t remember her name unfortunately but she had blonde hair and wore glasses, she was very professional unlike Dr. Bradford. If anything, I’ll go back to get my glasses from her. But if you’re new look at other places! EDIT: Her name was Dawn, she was sweet and a huge help!

Me and my family have been coming here for years for our yearly exams and glasses. Dr. Salazar always go above and beyond caring for us and make sure our questions are answered and our concerns are addressed. I am 63 years young and had an annual exam with Dr Salazar today. There were some recent changes with my vision and I was really worried. Dr Salazar did a thorough exam and explained the cause of my issues and solution to me patiently. I left with no more concerns. Very thankful and appreciate Dr Salazar’s skill and kindness. I would definitely recommend Lakeside Eye Associates to my friends and family!

I’ve been going to Lakeside Eye Associates for at least 15 years, starting with Dr. Brad Hearn and now seeing his son, Dr. Bradford Hearn. What has remained remarkably consistent over the years is their quality of care and genuinely patient-centered approach. From the moment you enter to the time you leave, you know their priority is you. In a world where everything seems to move at such a fast pace, the care here does not. They take the time to listen, explain, and make you feel genuinely cared for rather than rushed through an appointment. I’d especially like to recognize Darryl for his eye for what looks great, and the entire team for being so welcoming, attentive, and kind. (espcially, Evan today). They consistently leave a lasting impression and truly understand what a positive patient experience should feel like. Exceptional care is rare these days, and Lakeside Eye Associates continues to deliver it year after year.

Jasmine is so sweet and professional. Dr Bradford is extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer my many questions. I felt so respected and valued. My satisfaction, comfort and overall health were the top priority of Dr Bradford. All this was accomplished in record time!!! I can’t speak highly enough about Lakeside Eye Associates.

First visit and very satisfied. Dr Salazar, Savannah and staff were professional, courteous and efficient. Dr. Salazar explained matters clearly and satisfactorily; her recommendations resulted in improvements. I highly recommend this practice.
