The staff is always great. You never have to wait long for your appointment. Dr Fontenot is the absolute best eye doctor I have ever had he even monitors my JMD. Always get my glasses here and they have always offered a 1 year warranty which they have upheld on 2 occasions for me.
Dr. Hannah has been my eye doctor for many years and I have always been treated with the utmost care and kindness you can have. She explains everything in a clear manner and spends the necessary time you need to understand. She is phenomenal!
I was exceptionally impressed with the customer service provided by the entire staff during my visit. Everyone demonstrated remarkable politeness and efficiency. I had been experiencing persistent issues with my contacts for years, and my previous provider was unable to resolve the problem. However, Dr. Fawcett efficiently resolved my issues within minutes. She exhibited genuine concern for my needs as a patient and displayed exemplary courtesy. I am so happy to have made the switch to Advanced Family Eyecare. 🤓❤️
I've been a patient at this clinic since they opened (or near to it) and have never had a single issue. The staff is knowledgeable and respectful of their patients' time. We've seen Dr Fontenot and Dr Fawcett and have zero complaints. In all at least 15 or 16 years I've gone there, I've never once had to wait and extended amount of time for my appt to start. They have competitive contact and glasses prices and many glasses to choose from. When we've had emergencies, they get us right in, and they ALWAYS call you back. I recommend them to everyone.
I took my elderly mother to Advanced Family Eyecare, and I was so impressed! The doctor and staff were so friendly and explained everyhing so that we could both understand. I would recommend them to anyone, including my family and friends.
