The Eye Clinic

Jennings Eye Clinic was absolutely fantastic. I went to an appointment with a friend and while there asked if they took my insurance. I meant to make an appointment for a future date since I was there and they were kind enough to get me seen same day. Since I live so far away from everything, this meant the world to me! All of the staff were super kind and courteous. I'd recommend them 10/10 hands down any time. Thank you for being so awesome in a world full of chaos!

I went in today to get my glasses fixed because my lens fell out and I have to tolerate rude and immature behavior from the same girl that repairs the glasses. I saw this girl in Lake Charles and that's why I decided not to go there after just stopping in and I made an appointment in Jennings instead and when I showed up I saw the same girl in Lake Charles that I now see in Jennings. I figured maybe her behavior would improve, it has not. Everyone else that works there seems to be normal but I will have to go somewhere else because I am just not going to tolerate the blatant immaturity every time I deal with her. I don't know why it seems to be tolerated and not dealt with. I actually liked the Doctor and the location.

Stay far away from this place! They have by far the worst customer service! I do not ever write a negative review & I do not take that lightly. They do not answer the phone ever. I have been trying to get contacts since July 4. It’s Been three weeks. The last time I went there, I got trials from them, and when I went to order the contacts, they had no record of the trials that I used. Emphasis on do not answer the phone.

No issues with provider, they are polite but tend to reschedule often. The worker who works at the glasses counter is rude and acts inconvenienced at any questions regarded glasses. I’ve been there twice for minor fixes and was told that it’s too hard and to deal with it. Walmart corrected issues on both glasses within 10 minutes and didn’t charge a penny. 0/5 stars for customer service here.

Just set my appointment. Whoever answered to schedule my appointment was VERY rude. Wasnt the usual person. I been going there for years and never an issue but haven't been in a while. I sure hope when I go in on June 30th she isnt like that.
