Bad experience with the staff and not Dr. Ladies in the front need some lessons in customer service! Got the vibe of racism towards native Americans from the front staff. Both were very rude! Only reason I didn’t get glasses from here was the way they were treating the native Americans in front of us. Do better! I would go elsewhere if it weren’t for the Dr. Dr. Olson your staff need a refresher in customer service! Also I was embarrassed to see how you allow the ladies to be flirtatious with you infront of patients, if she’s your spouse, maybe keep that in the back office?

I recently visited Advanced Family Eye Care for an eye exam and was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional team. From the moment I walked in, the office staff greeted me warmly and professionally, efficiently getting the process started. Dr. Olsen was meticulous during the exam, clearly explaining the changes in my vision and providing a detailed breakdown of the pros and cons of contacts versus glasses. His expertise and patience during my contact lens fitting ensured I found the perfect pair for my astigmatism. I highly recommend Dr. Olsen and his outstanding team for their top-notch care and professionalism.

I am absolutely happy with my glasses and Dr. Olson was great took his time, I didn’t have to pay extra fees for unnecessary test. As for the glasses the staff was great the explained the types of lens and what would work best with my prescription. I would highly recommend them, also they had a cancellation list so I got in within a few days

I was immediately impressed by the staff's professionalism and compassion as soon as I walked into the office. The employee who assisted me, Shelda, was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Please see her and their workplace. It's rare to fine someone who speaks and understands Navajo. I had a comprehensive and in-depth eye exam. Following a comprehensive assessment, Dr. Olsen took the time to fully explain everything. He carefully answered all of my inquiries, listened to my concerns, and gave a thorough explanation of the results and his recommendations. Finally, Shelda was right there with me when it came to selecting a glass frame. You have the option of paying cash or using your insurance. She provided me with alternatives and outlined my options. Overall, it was a great experience!

Love Dr. Olsen, but the office ladies are incompetent and rude. I have recommended this office to everyone I know for almost a decade. My son broke his glasses and when I called to get his prescription to get some new ones quickly, I was spoken to in a very condescending way and given the wrong prescription. I ordered glasses and lost money because they didn't take the 5 minutes to double check the prescription. Dr. Olsen would be wise to replace his office staff according to most of these reviews... sad to say I won't be returning.
