Was able to get an appointment within the week no problem, when all optometrists in Gallup who take my insurance were booked six months out. Eye Associates of NM treated me kindly and my eye exam went smoothly. Dr Schroeder was very professional and gave me a nice new prescription for bifocal glasses. Very pleased!

I never thought that I could get a same-day appointment. It was nice because it was the day before my birthday and I need glasses so I gave them a call and lo and behold. They were able to get me in within a few hours while I was there I was treated with the upmost respect, dignity, and self-worth I could ever put into any kind of words other than the ones that I have just said the optometrist or a.k.a. doctor she was freaking amazing. I seen her in 2016 and she remembered me from then I highly recommend these people don’t go anywhere else you will get burned left blind, and taken him for a fool.
Just had an eye exam. Everybody was professional and efficient. I went next door and Jackie, the tech waited on me, answered my questions, and made suggestion in regard to my eyeglass order. It was easy.
Pros: * The Eye Doctors are wonderful and so are their assistants! * Andi in the eyeware store is very nice to work with. * They have some beautiful glasses to choose from Cons: * The other eyeware store's employee is very friendly and helpful ... unless you are exchanging glasses. Then employee "J" flips to salty and outright hostile. * The other curious thing is that you have a wall of glasses to choose from when you are buying, but only one small carousel of glasses to choose from if you are exhanging for another pair. That hardly seems fair. So just know that if you are trading frames, you'll have very little to choose from no matter how much you paid for your original frames.
Dr. Gardner was knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. Everyone who helped me where was great. I also got an appointment the next day.
