I took all three of my kids in for their eye appointments, and we had such a great experience! Angale Parker, Angela Sanchez, and Leah were all amazing and very professional. We were in and out with no long wait, which I really appreciated with three kids! I love the new location, and I’m so proud of the owner. Thank you all for taking great care of my kids. Outstanding customer service! I had an issue with my bill and Essie was so patient and professional with me. All of the employees here have been very kind and efficient. Dr. Gardner is also very thorough, knowledgeable and professional.
For someone who never had to wear glasses his whole life I was dreading this visit. However the employees are so helpful and descriptive when it comes to the eye exams. They made my experience one to remember. I really liked the way they walk you through each detail of the exam. You don't realize what you're missing when your eyes start to age. As soon as I went through the exam I felt confident that I wanted reading glasses. I didn't like that I had to choose my new frames so fast but I still think that I made a good decision. Great job being professional!
I’ve been bringing my daughter that is 9 years old here for a few years now and she loves this place. We went here today and absolutely loved Angela Sanchez the technician . She was very patient with my daughter and made her feel at ease. Highly recommended this place . 10/10 stars
Everyone here is super nice and helpful. They didn't keep trying to get more money out of me like most other eyecare places that I have been to. I didn't give them 5 stars because I wish they had a bigger selection of frames and it would be nice if they had a few hours of availability outside of regular business hours....especially on a Saturday would be great.
