Honestly, my husband and I did not look forward to our appointments yesterday. However, the attitudes and professionalism of all personnel made it a very pleasant experience. I especially want to say what an excellent job Rachel did in making me feel at ease and in good hands. We will look forward to our next visit!
From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome, not just another patient. From the intake to check out, everyone seemed so happy to be there. The doctor, another story altogether; from reaching out shaking my hand, to the pleasant dialogue throughout my exam. Dr. Smith & staff are exceptional. He's s thorough and patiently explains the treatment plan. Dr. Kim & staff for my surgeries simply exceeded my expectations! This was my first visit to this facility and my experience exceeded my expectations. My two doctors whom I saw were phenomenon. I honestly Dr Kim and the way that she took her time and explain everything to me. She was not pushy; yet she was thorough when speaking to me about my condition. All pros and no cons during this visit
