Been going here since I was a child. I love that they don’t push prescriptions on people. I use readers and they recommended that I just use the cheap ones for now until I actually need to spend money in a prescription. Always timely and incredibly kind. They go over everything they find and explain things thoroughly.
I was visiting Cadillac from out of town and accidentally left my glasses and extra contacts at home. Advanced Optometry was quick to help me find a solution on short notice. If they take such great care of someone just passing through, I can only imagine how well they treat their regular patients! My mother-in-law is a patient there and has been happy with their care as well.
Was very satisfied with my recent visit. I went for an eye exam, new glasses, and new safety glasses for work. When selecting the frames, lenses and options for both sets of glasses everything was clearly explained so I had a clear expectation of what my insurance was covering and what my portion was going to be. Having gone to a few other places around Cadillac over the years I believe I have found my new home for eye care.
Went and had an eye exam done, didn’t order glasses because I wanted to see what my insurance would pay. I called today to ask a few questions about my prescription, I talked to Jeanette she was very rude, “ well if you are trying to order glasses from somewhere they should know. I never once said I was ordering them, I got disconnected. I called back and ask to speak to someone else, I told Jeanette who answered the phone again, and she said I quote “Jesus Christ and than she hung up on me. Very unprofessional.
I’ve been to a few eye doctors, and this office is hands down the best I’ve been to. Everyone was so kind and great at explaining my vision insurance to me. The price I paid for exam and new glasses was more than fair. And they were extremely helpful at helping me pick out new frames. I always struggle with what frames will work best with my face and they helped me find the perfect pair of glasses!
