I was in town for the week and had a piece of broken glass hit me in the eye. I was a patient at Advanced Vision Care years ago, before it was bought by the current owner. The doctor was great, the exam went well and he sent me away with some moisture eye drop samples. $185 out of pocket charge, no problem with this charge at all. 3 days later, I still had discomfort so I called to see if the Dr would be able to check to make sure I didn’t have anything still in my eye. The exam was fine and he told me that my eye was just dry and everything healed. I was relieved, but he didn’t have any lubricant eye treatment samples to give me. I was able to buy lubricant eye treatment at CVS and after using it one night, I feel perfect. He charged me $105 for this visit only 3 days later for the same issue. I am disappointed because I believe if he would’ve told me to use a lubricant treatment the first time, I would’ve avoided 3 days of discomfort and a trip back to the doctor. In my opinion, I shouldn’t have been charged $105 more.

I want to thanks Doctor Pinter for supporting and treating me through the years with my Glaucoma. At my most recent visit Doctor Pinter gave me the good news that my pressure is now stable without medication. I have recommended friends to Doctor Pinter and several of them are now patients. I am forever grateful. Dave Taddeo
My visit to advance vision care was awesome. Everyone from doctor to staff were very pleasant & caring. I am so glad I have made this appointment & will continue to come here. They are awesome.
Visited to try on frames and had an uncomfortable experience with the sales associate. When she learned I was getting a second opinion on frames by sharing photos with an AI tool, she became visibly upset and told me I was being rude — apparently taking photos of yourself in their store to inform your own purchasing decision is offensive to her. I wasn’t rude, I was thorough. Won’t be back
I recently called to get an urgent appointment for an eye issue. When I asked if they had an ophthalmologist, the person I spoke with had a very stern tone and responded in a snarky manner by stating they have three doctors. She didn't ask about my symptoms or the nature of my issue. While I understand that staff can have a busy or difficult day, her overall lack of interest and professionalism was off-putting, and I ultimately chose to go to a different provider. If the practice is interested in reviewing my experience, my call was made on 8/20/25 at approximately 9:17am. I'm sure your calls are recorded and a review of the interaction could be a valuable training tool.
