I love the doctors. They take time out to ask you questions and they show genuine concern for their patients. The front deck staff are really nice and so are the two women that shows you the glasses after you meet with the doctor. Overall, I love this place.
Fast service! Doctors are great. Very professional staff. I ordered glasses that I did not like. They were very kind and ordered me new ones. I will always go back to them.
The office team is very welcoming. Dr. Burns is a true professional. With his test results, he thoroughly explains the details of your eye health and how your vision may be effected. We are delighted to be patients of Family Vision- Stratford!
We had an excellent experience at Family Vision Center. Dr. Brown and associates are wonderful. It was a mother/daughter check-up and we picked out glasses. There really was no wait at all from start to finish! The atmosphere is very calm and the office is extremely clean, which I love. The best in eye care with a variety of frames and contact lenses to choose from.
I've been coming here for years. The secretaries are great! The doctor was great! What the lady that was supposed to help me with my glasses was not helpful at all.she was the heavy set women. with my insurance I wasn't due for new glasses to July. That was fine but my frames cracked in My lens kept popping out and I had to drive back home. So I asked if she could glue it or tape it and she said no. She couldn't even give me a piece of tape so I could tape it myself. And on the way home on the highway in My lens popped out. I will go back for an eye exam but I will not get my glasses there.
