Youre better going to anywhere else. Im currently sitting in waiting room 20min past my appointment time. There are 2 other individuals who have been here 1+ hours after there apppointment time. Theres only one person currently only 1 person at the front handling multiple people coming in. **for husky insurance** ITEMS ARE NOW NOT COVERED. Ive been coming here for years and before seeing the doctor the nurses do a routine check up and one of the exams is taking a photo of the veins of the eye (which has been covered, now not). Contacts which were atleast partially cover are now not covered at all prompting patients to pay $250 NEW SYSTEM Did you happen to break your glasses? Lens pop out? Screw loose? No worries! They dont fix here so dont waste your time. They apparently adapted a new system in which previous clients who purchased glasses in the past year cannot have then fixed at the placed they purchased,jnstead they can either schedule an appointment 6 months out or go to another provider. In summary if you dont have anything to do and like sitting and waiting then this is the place for you This place has truly gone down hill

The secretaries are awful. They don't either answer the phone or when they do, they put you on hold. So long you hang up, I've tried to make several appointments which I could not get through. So I have given up on making appointments there and I am looking for AI doctor I was pleased with the service when I was able to get through but as of lately and it is July. Seventh, which is current 2026, as of today, I was placed on hold until I hung up. They are doing a disservice to the company now. If they don't care about their customers, then keep them there. And that's my opinion.

Terrible customer service. You have an appointment and they demand you arrive 15 minutes early, but they make you wait an hour to serve you.

scheduled an appointment months in advanced . I asked the front desk to send a confirmation text and she stated i would receive a message before my appointment. fast forward to september and i never received anything . not only did they not send it they were also booked until january and couldn’t squeeze me in. very unprofessional. i will go elsewhere .
