Nice spot. I went there to pick up my nephew glasses. They have a nice selection of frames and do exams too. They were helpful and personable. The store was bright and clean. Staff was attentive. Ample parking as it's a big shopping center. Easy in and out to the main road.
I had a great experience at Modern Focus Optometry. Dr. Sostilio and his technician Tiffany were amazing. Tiffany has a fantastic personality and works quickly and efficiently, which made the whole visit smooth and comfortable. The exam was very thorough, and Dr. Sostilio is clearly very knowledgeable and well educated. The technology and machines are top notch, which really added to the overall experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Sostilio and his entire team.
I been going to Dr. Ghould my entire life 30+ yrs!! The experience walking in was like going to a family outing it truly was one of the best doctor experiences of my life and unfortunately since he retired it's no longer the same no longer accommodating and the vibe is very different . Don't get me wrong with doctors are wonderful but the service and atmosphere leave something to be desired.
Dr. Sostilio and all of his staff are the best. Dr. Sostilio is thorough, great at communicating and very kind. He goes the extra mile to make sure that my prescriptions for contacts and glasses are the best possible for my needs and preferences. I highly recommend this practice.
Zero Stars! I had an appt with Dr. Brogan. I waited for 40 minutes and nobody told me it was going to be another doctor. Once I was brought in for my exam I had to ask if I was going to be seeing the Dr. Brogan and the technician (who was not very friendly) said No - you'll be seeing another doctor. She then left to talk to someone and they were trying to figure it out. The waiting room was very chaotic and some of the people that work there were saying things about patients. Very unprofessional. The person who greeted me was lovely but it went down from there. I left by my own choice before getting my exam. I will not be going back.
