Everything, and everyone were amazing! I learned about my eye conditions, ordered contacts, picked up a few days later, and I'm even getting a rebate back on them! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! When asked about glasses, I said I order online, and there was zero pressure to buy anything from them! Dr. Bruderer was incredible! Paying the small amount of money for pics of my eyes was worth EVERY cent! Now even I have a better understanding of my own eye health! I have to admit other reviews had me skeptical going in, but not now! I definitely recommend them! Thank you to you all!

I have been going to WV Vision Source for many years. I love Dr Bruderer and he’s one of the few eye doctors who has experience with gas permeable lenses. Yet it sends that every time I go in I have bad experiences with his office staff. I ordered new glasses from them. When they arrived they weren’t fit to my face, which is normal for new glasses. When I asked for them to adjust the frames to fit my face the office gal got defensive, and rather than make the necessary adjustments to the frames they told me to “just give it a couple of days” to let my eyes adjust. Also said the issue was that my eyes were just old. It wasn’t an issue with the prescription. I just needed some adjustments to the frame. They failed to check over the frames and lenses for damage when they arrived in store, and upon getting home I noticed that the lenses were chipped. Suit now it’s been another week and I still don’t have glasses. On previous visits they failed to notify me that contacts had come in (more than once). I was told that since I had ordered new glasses that a second pair should be 50%off, so I asked for the price on the second pair: $500. The first pair was $600. Their math doesn’t equate.

Great place to have your vision checked. With that said, most businesses are built by the people that work there. When I was there, there were three Latina women working up front. I was greeted in English but as I sat there after being checked in their conversation went from English to Spanish. I do not speak Spanish so I can only assume they were speaking about me as they didn't want me to know what they were talking about. I think this was rude behavior as I am Caucasian and feel like this was a prime example of discrimination. As for the rest of my time there it was great. The doctor was very nice and seemed to know what he was talking about. If you do not speak Spanish, in conclusion, I recommend either knowing these women will talk about you in Spanish and that your eyes will be take care of OR find a different location where the front desk staff is compassionate. 3 stars.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I am going on six month's now and I still can not see. I went to this doctor with a progressive eye disease requiring specialty contacts. I made sure when first speaking to the office that they dealt with my eye disorder. I returned two times telling the doctor I could not see out of the contact lenses, that they were blurry. When picking up the lenses both times the staff did not give any instructions on what solution to use or how to use them. Upon making an inquiry at the front desk I was treated like yesterday's garbage. The lady who sits at the desk and helps with glasses was totally dismissive and completely ignored the fact that I was looking for a new pair of glasses. She made me feel so uncomfortable that I decided to purchase glasses somewhere else. The last and final time I went back. My eye was irritated however, the doctor ignored the fact and continued to put contacts in and out of that eye and by the time I was told to go to the front desk my eye was almost swollen shut. I was in an incredible amount of pain. The doctor NEVER re examined my eyes to get the proper prescription. He did pull a pair of soft contact lenses off of the shelf and sent me out the door. I still can not see out of them , they dry up and either fold up or pop out of my eye because they do not fit properly. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO HAVE A GENERIC PAIR OF SOFT CONTACT LENSES PULLED FROM THE TRIAL PAIR SHELF IN MY ENTIRE LIFE IN HOPES THAT THEY WILL FIT!!! I DID PLACE A CALL TO THEIR SUPERIOR JOCELYN CAPILLA WITH ABSOLUTELY LITTLE RESULT THE FIRST TIME AND NO RETURN CALL THE SECOND TIME I PLACED A CALL TO HER, AS SHE TOLD ME TO CALL BACK IF THERE WERE PERSISTANT PROBLEMS. THE GIRL WHO IS SUPPOSE TO HELP WITH GLASSES IS JUST AS DISMISSIVE AND RUDE AS EVER. It should not take six months to get a pair of contacts and glasses. This doctor could not care less if you have to see to get a driver's license and or drive. He does not care if you have to go to work and carry on your daily business. If all you do is sit around and do nothing, then this is the place for you. However, if you need to correct your vision I would not choose this office!!! I had double coverage insurance. United Healthcare in October that fully paid for my condition if the doctor could have treated me with the proper contact lenses and glasses. I changed my insurance in January and now I am going to have to go to a "REPUTABLE" doctor and have this process done AND PAID FOR ALL OVER AGAIN!!!

I would give them no stars if I could, the receptionist needs to go back to school and learn to spell. It took six times of repeating myself just to have her get both myself and my daughter information right(name, insurance even birthday), I even spelling it out for her several times. Then got extremely rude when asked for an afternoon appointment. I drove by at the place of business looks run down,no thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere, Don't need the headache.
