The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice guy. The associate that helped me was very good. Will update when my glasses are ready. A great experience so far.

My brother & I waited are turn because someone was a head of us. When the employee came to help us, I told her the glasses we wanted to order are on line not in the store & she still kept trying to find them in the store. As I told her again that we needed help ordering on line she sat at her desk & then told us to hold on as she went to help another family that just walked in. That was extremely not ok. We waited our turn, those people could've waited their turn. It definitely showed my brother & I that we did not matter to her. No Customer service.
I've been coming here off and on for 15 years. Mery has helped me multiple times, and I just have to say she is phenomenal. The Dr was very friendly as well. Their turn around time for glasses and contacts is half of what I was getting with America's best, and they let me bring my own glasses to use which other places have had an issue with. 10 put of 10 for value, flexibility, and customer service
My fiance and I went in last night to make an appointment. Well we go in today five minutes early. No one came to help us for 15 minutes! No one even acknowledged that we were there. When the Asian Lady (didn't get her name) came to finally help us she asked if we had an appointment. I told her yes we've been waiting for 15 minutes. No apology, nothing. Just "the other customers were here first." What's the point of making an appointment then? Rude, overpriced. I'll go to America's Best. ✌
This is an awesome location and glasses here are very affordable. So glad I got the warranty or I would have been without glasses for awhile. I was stressing about breaking my frames walked in there, the lady took a look at my glasses, looked me up and said the frames were in stock. She grabbed some new ones and it didn't take more than 5 minutes to have my lenses in a new frame. I am so happy!
