The staff have been very friendly and I'm able to get affird care. However, it was quite heartbreaking and embarrassing to be turned away and unable to attend my appointment because I was $20 short of payment. Edit. Spoke to someone about it and they were very understanding and are working to get me back in at an earlier appointment so I don't have to wait months. Though, I'm pretty insulted that the person at registration lied to save themselves. I only had $50 on me at that time and asked to pay the other $20 next and was turned away and told to reschedule.

I've been getting my medical care here for over 10 years. I don't desire to switch. They provide good care and make sure I'm connected with doctors who provide great care, as well.
Went to the first Friday of the month food giveaway at the back of the Affinia 7y on Biddle. The group of volunteers seemed enthusiastic about getting the cars packed with all kinds of food stuffs. Even though I got there around 7:a.m. I had about twenty-two cars ahead of me in line already. The line started moving at nine and it only took me about twenty minutes for me to get through the line.
Amazing place and people are very nice. Only issue was the receptionist at Optometry. If more than 3 people in a room is a fire hazard, it should be listed somewhere right or a sign at least. Just be more friendly especially working with patients and their family. Other than that everyone is very friendly and respectful. I rather go to the location at Lemp in my opinion.
I always have an Awesome Experience. The wait time to check in was less than 10 minutes. The wait time to see the doctor was less than 10 minutes. The doctor double check my prescriptions and up coming scheduled appointments to ensure that all my appointments were followed through. Thank you.
