I was a loyal customer before this business expanded to its North location, but unfortunately, my experience has declined significantly since then. Communication has become a consistent issue. Phone calls often go unanswered, and when messages are left, return calls typically come days later rather than within a reasonable timeframe. In addition, the front desk employee with the long black hair and glasses has repeatedly been unhelpful, frequently referring customers to someone else instead of resolving questions or concerns. If you’re considering this business for eye care, I recommend looking elsewhere. If you do choose to visit, I strongly suggest requesting Vince, who has consistently provided professional, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service.

The new location for Affinity Eye Care is larger than the previous one and the upgrades to the way they perform the eye care is pretty cool. I signed up for the virtual meeting with the doctor so I was able to get next day appointments through their website. I spoke with the Doctor in a Zoom like method on the computer and he was able to answer all my questions. The selection of glasses was pretty extensive and we were helped out by the more than friendly staff to get exactly what we wanted. Overall it was well worth it to make the 35 mile trip for maintaining eye wellness and I would recommend Affinity to anyone looking for eye care.
This was my first time here. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk with black hair and glasses was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. There were 3 ladies at the front desk. Two had blonde hair, and only she had black hair. She sits in the corner, so you know who I'm talking about. She acted like she owned the place and treated customers badly. When I wasn't finished speaking, she shushed me and cut me off, which is unacceptable. The doctor was really nice and helpful. She listened to what I was saying and made us feel welcome. I'm taking off 3 stars because of the front desk lady. She needs more training. Staff like her will give customers a bad impression.
Had a great experience at Affinity Eye Care. Dr. Arlette Marrero-Abreu was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making the appointment feel rushed. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the entire process smooth from check-in to checkout. The office was clean, organized, and efficient. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Definitely recommend Affinity Eye Care to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent customer service
I had a great experience going to Affinity for my overdo eye exam. They were all very friendly and got me right in for my appointment. It was nice to not have to have those drops that make sunlight hurt your eyes for a couple hours too. They have the machine to take pictures of the back of your eyes to see your eye health and explain everything thoroughly. I would definitely recommend them.
