I had a great experience at the optical store today.Aaron helped me with my insurance, clearly explained my eligibility, and walked me through what my benefits covered. He also helped me find a frame and made the whole process really easy. Aaron was very polite, patient, and helpful the entire time. I really appreciated his professionalism and the time he took to make sure everything was taken care of.

I have been going here for years. All my family have gotten their glasses here. Aaron Vanderhoof is exceptional at what he does.i no longer live in agawam but drive 8 miles out of my way to get my glasses .can't say enough about this place.the service and quality of products is amazing.thank you Aaron for taking care of me and my family

I was staying at Sheraton Hotel in Springfield when i tripped and did damage to my glasses. I came Agawam Opticians and was met by the owner. He straightened my glasses and put new nose pads on. I went to pay him but he said no charge. A true Genuine gesture. Please support this owner and I guarantee you will enjoy the experience

I started going to Agawam Opticians about two years ago. I have to say the customer service that Aaron, the owner provides is amazing. My prescription have been spot on with no issues at all. Dropped my glasses and scratched them, no problem. Lenses were ordered and repaired very quickly. I highly recommend Aaron for all your vision needs!!!
