ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE. I received a cross-linking procedure in both my left and right eyes. The procedure itself was quick and painless. Everyone I worked with was just as great. The whole office is a genuine pleasure to be around! They’ve been super helpful in making payments manageable! I recommend.

I had LASIK eye surgery about a month ago, and I can honestly say the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I’ve had poor vision my whole life (-5.75), so getting LASIK was always something I planned to do eventually. From my first consultation through post-op care, everything felt smooth, professional, and incredibly well thought out. The staff were friendly, organized, and made every step easy to navigate. The evaluation process was thorough and never felt rushed, which gave me a lot of confidence going into surgery. The surgeon was not only highly experienced, but also very personable—taking the time to answer questions and make sure I felt comfortable. I was able to schedule my procedure quickly after qualifying, and while I was definitely nervous the morning of, the team was amazing at putting me at ease. There was no pressure at any point—they even reassured me that I could back out if I needed to. The procedure itself was fast (about 10–15 minutes), and the recovery has been incredible. By my next-day follow-up, I had 20/15 vision—better than 20/20. I also really appreciated having direct access to the office for any questions before and after surgery. What stood out most wasn’t just the outcome, but the level of care throughout the entire process. If you’re considering LASIK, I’d highly recommend this office.

Not only this is state of the art facility, and the staff is very knowledgeable and professional, but they are also extremely friendly and are really good people that feel like they are your long time friends even on the first time visit. Coming here for an appointment is like going to a spa. This place should be the standard that all other opto-facilities ( and businesses ) should go by. After seeing another eye specialist in Springfield,which was a great dr, I decided to go to dr Frangie due to the location of his office and right away we hit it off well! I have Glaucoma and need pressure checked often, had a few surgeries with dr Frangie, all good until he suggested I get a second opinion. So happens he wanted me to see the specialist doctor I was seeing in Springfield, I went, had another surgery with success, but don’t like Springfield so I wanted to go back to dr Frangie, he wouldn’t let me back, said I should stay in Springfield ! Shortly afterwards the Springfield doctor retired, now I’m stuck at West Springfield lazer center which is fine but way too crowded and busy for me. Long term care is NOT Frangie. Nice guy but VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!☹️ Also, spent a lot on pair of glasses from the optometrist there, never again! Went back a few times to get them corrected, ended up at CVS drugstore glasses and they are better!!

I have received the best service and treatments from Dr. Frangie's office over the past 5 years. I am very thankful for the type of ⁶care I have been given. Dr. Cherniak is the best.
