I visited with Dr. Dingledine, who has the best Harry Potter name ever, and he was delightful. Easy to talk to, Focused and quick about the appointment without making me feel rushed. He’s also a terrific photographer. Five stars. I had a follow up visit with his nurse, Paula. She was delightful and very knowledgeable. She took her time explaining things to me and answering questions in a way that made me feel like she genuinely cares about my case.

Checking in is well organized and moves quickly. All the techs are knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Dingeldein listens well to his patients, is thorough, and explains any issues in a totally understandable way. He uses the available technology to provide the most complete diagnosis. I appreciate his candor when describing a possible treatment plan, laying out all possible outcomes. I feel my opinion is heard and valued. I appreciate Dr. Dingeldein's professionalism and trust his advice.
I have been to the Mebane location a couple of times now. I had a coworker suggest Dr. Katsoudas and I'm so glad she did. Both times it was a very pleasant relaxing visit. You could tell he really cared and spent time with me answering any questions I had. All of the staff was so kind and helpful. Melissa in the contact area went above and beyond to help me. Even after my appointment she helped me with a company rebate. She wanted to make sure I would get what I was supposed to. She made several calls to me and even reached out to J&J. She made sure all went well and that I was satisfied. Her helpfulness and attention was much appreciated. I would highly suggest this DR and office staff to anyone looking for a new eye clinic.
The staff are very friendly, if incredibly tightly booked. The volume in this location is heavier than what I see in most emergency rooms. They move people through reasonably quickly but even then since I was one of the last appointments of the day I was behind by about an hour. Make extra time to be seen if you’re going in at the end of the day when things will get slowed down but the care you get there is definitely worth the weight.
We had originally gone to Greensboro Eye clinic for referral for eye issues..They were ok but we live closer to Burlington, so asked to switch....Alamance Eye Center is Head and Shoulders above in customer support, friendliness, facilities, and Doctor bedside manner..Dr. Porfolio explained Everything he saw and did more laymen.s terms than any other person we.ve seen..Now we are much more comfortable with the treatment plan and outcome .
