Mildred was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and explained what was happening. Adiel and Amy were also wonderful. There were two other staff members who assisted as well. The whole office was efficient. Excellent customer service!
I have been an Americas Best customer for years and visited numerous locations. Recently I had an appointment my first appointment at the Burlington NC location. The team at this location exceeded my expectations! They were prompt and very friendly all while being customer service oriented. Mildred and Amy and the team here offered far superior service than the other locations I have been to and I cannot thank them enough!
My eye exam went great. Staff was friendly and helpful and I was on my way in under and hour. This morning I came to pick up my glasses and they needed adjusted badly. I was told someone else would need to adjust them and was asked if i had a few minutes to wait. I said yes because I did have a few minutes. As of right now I have been here 50 minutes and one of the staff walked by and said "yup, we know youre still here". Ok good.. adjust my glasses so I can leave. Smells like diapers in here smh
I’ve worn glasses for 60 years and i was so impressed with America’s Best. Their selection, showroom, customer service and friendliness exceeded my previous experiences! Loved working with Anette, who was so patient and helpful. Plus, i saved about $200! Highly recommend!
Had my first visit at this store today, the staff is amazing! I have been a customer with Americas Best for over 20 years and recently moved to North Carolina so today was my first experience at this location. They kept up the high standards that I’ve come to expect over the years. Everyone was personable and helpful I am looking forward to continuing my care here. Highly recommend
