Very easy to set up an appointment. They checked ahead to make sure they accepted my insurance. They sent notifications, to let me know about appointment. Appointment was very professional and well taken care of

I've been a patient of Infocus using for a few years and I am very pleased with the service I get. I especially like the digital eye exam. I tried the virtual eye appointment on-site, even though I was apprehensive about it. The technician, Jessica, guided me through the whole process. She’s wonderful. When I had questions, she had the answers. She provided me with some OTC drop samples and coupons to use at the local pharmacy to get more. She also searched for rebates on my contacts. Lastly, Jessica gave me the information to make a referral appointment at a retina specialist, and followed up to be sure that I was able to get an appointment. I’ve even followed up by phone afterwards with some additional technical questions and Jessica promptly & confidently gave me the information I was looking for, and reassured me on some concerns that I had. While the virtual service was fine, I would say that Jessica is a great asset to the team from a customer service and comfort preservative. Thank you so much InFocus!!
