When calling staff was kind enough to assist my grandmother in finding the shop until I found parking, Raul helped us. He was incredibly patient and informative, explaining everything to my grandmother in a gentle manner. The staff was professional and kind, offering us water and making us laugh a few times, which is always a plus. Despite the terrible parking on a Sunday, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for glasses.
