I had the worst experience ever. The lady's in the front and the technicians are so rude. They think they can talk to you down just because you medical and yr brown. If you think yr goona be seen on time yr wrong expect to be there for hours. And don't think the doctor is nice either he was rude as well. Please go somewhere else
This clinic is the worst. Customer service over the phone is one of the worst "genesis" is one of the rudest persons I have ever spoken to over the phone and it being not even 8:30 in the morning. She really shouldn't be working customer service. I definitely called my insurance and changed office site. I'm not giving them my business...
Some of the girls there they don't know how to answer the phones they're rude and some more just like the doctor there when I went for my visit he was being rude to me like telling me oh if I don't take care of my eyes like I'm going to go blind and I told him isn't that for everybody I said if you guys would have had explained to me more about. Things I wouldn't be asking but they don't explain they asked me if I had taken my glasses they didn't even tell me when I when they made the appointment to take my glasses or anything I'm looking down right there but you know what the way to me was quick but I just didn't like the fact that the doctor was arguing with me
Will never go back to this place! I had a really bad experience! The staff in the front office and technicians are really rude and very unprofessional!. They were always on the defensive every time I asked a question. They think they could freely talk down on people who are low income and have medi-cal. Expect to be there for long hours. Doctor was not friendly to me as a new patient. Please try to find another place even if you can't afford to see a good eye doctor. Not worth your time.
