I would give this optometrist office a "1" possibly a "0". There store and office is very unattractive and smelly. Some of the staff, especially Ellen, is very unpleasant. If you try and speak to the owner Alan Grossman who is an optometrist there, he doesn't return calls and doesn't seem interested in hearing about experiences with his customers. There prices are very high for the frames they sell and the quality, and they are extremely difficult on returns. There is a reason they are a "4" on google and not higher. Buyer beware. I also have had numerous issues with them not ordering the correct lenses and me having to go back and forth numerous times. Probably best to skip this eye care office and store.

I’ve been coming here for my annual eye exam for three years, and I truly appreciate the location and quality of care I receive. The doctor is attentive, knowledgeable, and makes me feel confident that I’m in very good hands. My only concern is related to the logistics and administration around eyeglass production and delivery. In my most recent visit, my lenses took almost a full month to be ready, which caused inconvenience, as I was without proper vision during that time. I also only found out they were ready because I called to follow up myself. I believe the medical care is excellent, but the office would benefit from improving its communication and organization regarding orders and delivery timelines. With a stronger administrative process, this practice could provide an outstanding overall experience.

This incredible and highly knowledgeable doctor came to our rescue after two previous eye doctors who failed to address our needs and prescribe the right glasses. He was the only one to identify astigmatism in one of her eyes, and recommended modern Eyezen lenses, which have significantly reduced strain and slowed down vision loss for my daughter. She finally feels comfortable in her glasses. I wholeheartedly recommend this doctor! Additionally, despite a little old building odor, the front desk service is excellent.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE RUDE OLD LADY IN THE FRONT ACTD LIKE ITS NOT HER JOB TO HELP YOU . Ima stick to americas eye best. 😂😂
