Dr. Grossman’s office took me in for a same day appointment. They were all very courteous and helpful. All of my questions were answered in a professional manner, and even paying out of pocket, it was a very affordable appointment. Quick (for Miami) and easy.

Very hostile staff. ..I ordered my contacts and everything went very well. Then, when I went to pick them up a week later, it turned out one wasn't correct. No problem, that can happen. When I called nine days later, they told me it could take up to two weeks. When I asked why, since the first time it was only one week, and this was just one, and why they made a mistake, they simply hung up on me.
I've been coming to this office for many years and they are the best I've ever had. Started with the father and now the son. Very professional, awesome, pleasant vibes, communication skills, knowledgeable, clean place, eye frames are stylish. The STAFF are awesome, I love this Eye Center. Many blessings.
