I can’t say enough good things about this place. The owner is so kind, patient, and helpful, the service is fantastic, and the glasses I got are absolutely beautiful. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend checking them out the next time you need new glasses!
From the second you walk into Brightview Optical Miami, you feel welcomed. They’re patient, understanding, and really help you choose the right frames without any pressure. They’re also incredibly professional. What impressed me most was their same-day service — from choosing the glasses to actually having them in my hand just a few hours later. I’m extremely happy and highly recommend them.

My daughters glasses that we did not buy here broke, we came in to get the realignd and a screw put in, to my surprise i was told there was no charge! Customer service like this does not exist nowadays! I think we found our new permanent glasses store!
Got my son glasses on Sunday afternoon and they were ready on Monday afternoon. Extremely happy with their customer service. Very nice selection of frames!!
