Excellent experience with Dr Isi Esquenazi and the whole Airala staff! Dr Isi was kind, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt well cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend!

My experience with Dr. Salomon Esquenazi was extremely disappointing. From a professional and clinical standpoint, I did not feel he demonstrated adequate knowledge or interest in properly evaluating or managing dry eye disease. There was no thorough assessment, no detailed explanation of my condition, and no clear treatment plan provided. I expected a specialist to take the time to understand my symptoms, discuss possible causes, and explain evidence-based treatment options, but none of that happened. Instead, the interaction felt rushed, superficial, and lacking in both professionalism and medical depth. Having credentials does not necessarily translate into quality care, and unfortunately, that was my experience here. Communication was also very poor. It felt like talking to a wall—no empathy, no effort to educate the patient, and no willingness to answer questions. His attitude came across as arrogant, dismissive, and unpleasant. His assistant behaved similarly—rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. The office experience was just as bad. It took about 30 minutes just to register my information, while staff members were sitting around joking . This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I do not recommend going there. It is a waste of time and money.
Dr. Esquenazi has been beyond exceptional, his professionalism and attention to detail and excellence is remarkable. I am extremely satisfied with the results after my surgery. His team is also top notch.
Great service and staff. My mom was almost blind and after she get her cataract surgery she can see again.
Without a shadow of a doubt this is the place to go for Cataract surgery. I can't say enough about the care I received from everyone. The doctors, technicians, office and surgical staff are all talented, caring and responsive. I could go on.
